Job Responsibilities and Duties

Answers phone calls courteously
Guides guests and issues guest badges
Plans business travel
Refills office supplies
Receives deliveries
Responds to customer inquiries
Handles client complaints
Files documents
Maintains schedules
Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with different groups of people
Multitasking abilities
Efficient time management skills
Proficiency in computer programs
Planning and organizing abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
